NB Point Loma, CA - Gate Hours, Map and Status

There are ten access control points (ACP) at Naval Base Point Loma. The Main Gate, which is located at Rosecrans St along Cabrillo Memorial Dr, and the Naval Mine and Ati-Submarine Warfare Command / ASW Complex Gate on Lanning Rd just off North Harbor Dr, are both open 24 hours. You'll find the Visitor Control Center (VCC) at the Main Gate. Both the SSC Pacific Seaside Gate located on Woodward Rd and the Topside Gate located on Electron Drive are open 0500-1700, M-F with after-hour automated access. The Third Fleet Headquarters Gate is open ever day from 0500-2000, and is located at Electron Dr and Catalina Blvd. Catalina Blvd Gate is just off Cabrillo Memorial Dr and its hours are M-F: 2000-0500. The FITCPAC Gate is open twice a day, M-F: 0530-0830 and 1130-1330, and is located on North Harbor Drive. Located on Pacific Highway, the SPAWAR Headquarters Gate hours are M-F: 0445-1800 with after-hour automated access. The NTC Medical Clinc Gate, which is located on Lanning Rd north of the NMASWC, is open 0630-1600, M-F. The SUBASE Topside Gate is open 0500-1800, M-F and is located on McClelland Rd off Cabrillo Memorial Drive.
